(摘星臺)現在，讓我們上摘星臺摘星星去，摘云霧去，摘詩情畫意去!請大家注意安全，當心一失足而成千古恨啊。說起摘星臺，還是建公園初期，時任國務委員兼國家經委主任的張勁夫同志，那天清晨，天邊殘留著幾顆星星，便迫不及待爬上這座石臺，面對足下千百座石峰，信中吟詩道：“千峰競秀，萬木蔥籠，琳瑯滿目，美不勝數。雖非天上，不似人間，借以喻此，不為過也。”這摘星臺也就是他叫出來的。

(六奇閣)請各位猜猜，這“六奇”是指哪“六奇”?大多數講對了，準確地說是指山奇、水奇、云奇、石奇、動物奇、植物奇?！敖搅魟氽E，我輩復登臨”;“欲窮千里目，更上一層樓”。站在這里，可以看到袁家界、楊家界、天子山、朝天觀、三姐妹峰......

(天池)這個水池叫“天池”，別看它不起眼，故事卻不少。

很久以前，張良仿效赤松子，云游天下名山大川，后來不知怎么來到天門山、青崖山，青崖山就是現在的張家界，還上了黃石寨。當時呂后專權，對張良的失蹤十分害怕，于是下令在全國大搜捕，生要見人，死要見尸。武陵郡太守聞訊后派三千精兵追蹤上山，把黃石寨圍得紋絲不透。張良手下只有十來個弟子，就憑借天險堅守。官兵攻不上，干脆就不攻圍，打算圍上三五月，讓他們活活餓死。山上的糧食吃光了，大家一個個餓得東倒西歪。

張良十分焦慮，那天，他朦朦打盹，只見一白胡子老人從天上悠然飄落在張良跟前，張良一見是黃石公，急忙跪下訴道：“徒兒有難，還望師父搭救!”黃石公微微一笑，拂塵一掃，便慢慢隱入云間。這時，只聽有人邊跑邊叫：“師父!師父!我們有救了，有救了!”張良驚醒了，問：“什么事，咋咋呼呼的?”那小徒弟氣喘吁吁地說：“師父，在天池發現了三條大鯉魚，每條一百來斤，夠我們吃十來天!”張良一驚，沉思片刻，立即下令道：“不許吃!趕快把鯉魚摔下山去!”眾徒兒一時想不通，這師父餓昏了頭是不?但命令難違，只好把送到口邊上的美味一一丟下石壁。接著張良又吩咐一邊擊打竹筒、刀劍、石塊，讓它發出聲音，一邊大唱大跳，唱什么?張良說：“就唱：黃石寨，黃石寨，千年萬年打不開!”

第二天，官兵撤了。原來他們發現山頂上居然還有百來斤的大魚，還唱歌跳舞作樂，說明上面糧草豐足，張良安民樂業，圍著有啥用?

后來，張良告訴眾徒弟：這是師父黃石公搭救我們來了。

從此以后，“黃石寨”的名字就代代傳下來了。

(山頂環覽線：五指峰、前花園、黑樅垴)朋友們!這里的每一座巖峰都是一件古老的藝術品，每一座巖峰都隱藏著大自然的無窮奧秘。面對如此壯美雄奇、氣象萬千的砂巖峰林風光，幾年前，一位來自東北的女作家，就站在黃石寨上感嘆道：看了張家界的風光，覺得真可以死了。接下來她又說，看了張家界的風光，覺得更有理由好好活了。兩句話看起來前后矛盾，其實不然：前一句是說能見一到像張家界這樣奇美的風光，此生足矣;后一句是說人生是如此美好，理應更加珍愛生命。大家說對不對?

那年，詩人丁芒面對鬼斧神功的前花園，心里激出詩情，信口吟道：

“人生不到張家界，百歲何能叫老翁。”

(黑樅垴)請大家朝對面看，那是一片原始森林，四面是懸崖絕壁，絕對高度300余米，峰頂方圓約60余畝，植物以古松為主，土家人叫它黑樅垴，那是千百萬年無人涉足的地方。20世紀70年代，林場一位老工人一行三人憑著掛鉤、繩索、古銅錢等古老的登山工具，冒著生命危險，折騰了整整一天，天黑的時候，終于爬上峰頂。他們見到了幾抱粗的古樹，厚達一米以上的腐殖層，和晾在樹枝間的蟒蛇的蛻皮。三人心想好不容易上來了好歹要進去探個究竟。不料突然風雨大作，駭得三人急忙滑下絕壁。不久，三個人不甘心，又準備去探險。本來是萬里無云的大晴天，可是剛爬到半山石壁，突然雷電交加，風狂雨驟，其中一人腳底一滑，差點墜入萬丈深淵，從此以后再也無人敢探黑樅垴，直到今天那兒還是一處神秘禁地。

(天橋遺墩、飛云洞)前方一排六座高達200余米的山峰，就像橋塌后留下的橋墩。再往左前方看，峰下有個狹長形石洞，叫飛云洞，1984年9月7日上午8點半，就在眼前這一片被石峰圍出的空間，出現一個直徑約200公尺的彩色光環，當時五位目擊者狂呼雀躍的身影清晰地倒映在光環中心，邊四周奇峰怪石也在光環中時隱時現。二十多分鐘后，光環漸漸消逝。這種奇觀，俗名佛光。1996年5月15日，天子山神堂灣也出現過佛光奇觀?？茖W解釋是一種光學現象。

(武陵松)張家界武陵源由于發現很遲，原始曠古的植被地貌才得以完好保存。這里是一座巨大的生物寶庫，被譽為自然博物館和天然植物園。植物學家認定張家界處于亞熱帶常綠闊葉林的中心位置，保留了長江流域古生代植物群落的原始風貌。這里森林覆蓋率達85%，僅木本植物達751種。這里保存了大量世界珍稀植物，如被稱為“活化石”的珙桐、銀杏，以及諸如伯樂樹、香果樹、白豆杉、紅榧等。而面積最大、造型最奇的數武陵松。大家看，張家界每一座石峰上，幾乎都長滿了盤根錯節的松樹?！吧n勁虬曲掛絕壁，松枝搖曳三千峰”。大詩人胡茄對武陵奇峰作了最為形象的評價：“桂林醉人是漓江清，峨嵋風流是金頂云，華山險在倚天看，廬山美在泉中聽，不及湘西武陵源，數千奇峰纏綠云，石上長森林!”這石頭上的森林就是武陵松!方志專家陳自文先生有武陵松詩：“武陵源里數千峰，絕頂青松各一叢。咬石嗟牙根自由，承天抖擻腰難躬?！比绻f武陵松的特點，這就是最好的人格化的注腳。

(霧海金龜)你們看，大自然的鬼斧神工，把這只石龜雕塑得活靈活現，在眾多景區中，如此神似形也似的景觀并不多見。大家還記得向王天子天書被盜，作案者就是這只龜精，可笑的是還沒逃離黃石寨，就被張良仙師點化成石，讓它世世代代為后卡門當門衛。

(后卡門)那是后卡門，有一夫當關，萬夫莫開之勢。過去是登黃石寨的唯一通道。1995年3月，就是從這里上下黃石寨的。上山途中，江在“天子座”景點休息時，興致勃勃地拉起二胡，為當地的土家族女歌手伴奏;登上寨頂后，又情不自禁地唱起京劇《智取威虎山》中的“打虎上山”唱段，與游客們同樂。

(索道站)現在，我們就要乘索道下山了。黃石寨索道是1995年5月至1997年9月中國臺灣證吉興業有限公司與張家界公園管理處合資興建的我市第一條觀光索道。索道線路水平距863，高差431米，運行速度每秒8米，單向小時運量948人，設備全部從法國波馬公司引進，總投資4000多萬人民幣。黃石寨索道的建成，為公園開辟了一條空中游覽線，填補了張家界無觀光索道的空白。古詩說：會當凌絕頂，一覽眾山小。乘索道觀張家界公園，別是一番感受。

歡迎來到張家界，非常高興能同大家一起游覽張家界最大的凌空觀景臺——黃石寨。人們常說“不到黃石寨，枉來張家界”，可見黃石寨是整個張家界風景的精華。一位著名詩人曾經這樣評價黃石寨：“五步稱奇，七步叫絕，十步之外，目瞪口呆?！?/p>

下面就請大家跟隨我一起沿著這條“杉林幽徑”來欣賞兩旁讓人目不瑕接的風景吧。這是一排排陡峭而又曲折的山路。自古登黃石寨只有后山一條路，今天我們走的這條路，是十多年以前人工開鑿的。

大家請注意聽，前面傳來了陣陣歌聲。這是悅耳動聽的土家山歌，前面便是土家姑娘的點歌臺。一個個衣著秀麗的土家姑娘正在載歌載舞地歡迎著各位來賓，她們優美的歌聲是否會喚起您對土家民風的無限向往呢?她們的熱情好客、淳樸善良是否帶給您一種從未有過的輕松和快樂?此時此刻，您是否感悟到張家界“山美、水美、人更美”的真諦呢?

大家請看右邊對面的山上，有一個約20米高的圓形石柱，上面有一塊長約3米、寬l.5米的石匣，在石匣上有一個石蓋，這石蓋一半兒凌空，一半兒蓋于匣上，周圍環繞著五棵翠綠的松柏。傳說張良曾將黃石公的三卷天書藏于匣內，后因戰事平息，張良又取出天書放置在其他地方，但是他卻忘記合上抽蓋，至今留下一只半掩半開的石匣。由于這石匣內曾藏過天書，因而被人譽稱為“天書寶匣”。

大家請看前方，兩山相擠，中間僅有一通道，其形如門，大有“一夫當關，萬夫莫開”的氣勢，這里就是“南天門”。

順著我手指的放向便是“定海神針”。它高大挺拔，巍然屹立，似乎在用強硬的身軀支撐著整座大山?！岸êＩ襻槨迸c“金鞭巖”遙遙相對，形成了一幅十分壯觀的“天然壯景”。那前面這座孤立的柱峰又是什么景點呢?它拔地而起，直插云霄，高達300余米，這就是張家界有名的“南天一柱”了，因為它立在南天門下面而得名?！澳咸煲恢笔钦麄€“武陵源”風景的特寫，它拔地而起，上大下小。在它身上有一種歷經萬年滄桑卻仍然堅忍不拔的精神，是整個“武陵源”石英砂巖峰林地貌景觀的縮影，也是“張家界國際森林保護節”的節徽和標志。

說起石英砂巖峰林地貌，大家可能會奇怪，大自然為何會如此神奇?根據科學的論證，3億多年以前，這里曾經是一片汪洋大海，大約1億年前左右，由于海浪的沖擊，石英砂巖在海底沉積了500多米厚。后來經新構造運動強烈抬升，這里成了陸地，地面抬升以后，在流水的深切作用下，一些細小的砂石被沖走，加上在重力的作用下，巖石崩塌，又被雨水，溪流慢慢的沖刷等綜合作用，使得五凌援地區在漫長的歲月中逐漸形成這中奇特的石英砂巖峰林地貌。
