【蠡園簡史：得名由來—創建歷史—景區分布】

蠡園因蠡湖而得名，蠡湖原名“五里湖”，是太湖東北岸的一個內湖，湖面9.5平方公里。相傳20__多年前，越國大夫范合助越王滅亡吳國后，功成名就，攜西施隱居于此。后人把范蠡、西施當年泛舟的五里湖叫做“蠡湖”，蠡園也因此而得名。
