眼前的這座小洋樓，它始建于1920__年，是有英國的皮毛商人達文士修建。這棟小洋樓是五大道上為數不多的西班牙式建筑。

現在我們所在的位置是睦南道金林村四號，當時居住的是清朝末年最后一個總管太監小德張。接下來就請大家跟我進去參觀。現在我們來到的就是金林村四號小德張的居所。民國二年，小德張攜大量私款及他的家人來到天津。他先是在重慶道的55號置地建房，后來把這棟房產讓給了清慶王載振，于是小德張又在天津的其他地方購置了很多房產。而這棟小洋樓是小德張在家境逐漸衰落的時候所居住的地方，直到1957年，小德張在這里病逝。好了，接下來請大家繼續跟我參觀。

現在我們來到的是位于河北路183號的粵唯鮮海鮮酒樓，這棟樓始建于1936年到1937年間，由于它外圍疙瘩點點，所以天津人把它稱之為疙瘩樓。這棟樓是由著名的意大利設計師保羅鮑乃弟設計的。當時設計出來之后是一座公寓式的大樓。而在這棟大樓的305號房間曾經居住的是著名的京劇表演大師馬連良。

現在我們來到的是位于睦南道20號的孫殿英舊居。孫殿英當時盜掘清東陵的慈禧墓，把慈禧墓盜掘一空，所盜寶物足足裝了五只大皮箱子。而且都是由孫殿英親自加封的。該樓始建于1930年，是以其二姨太的名義所購置的房產。整棟建筑為典型的巴洛克式建筑。巴洛克式建筑的點睛之筆就是迎面的幾根絞繩式立柱。接下來請大家隨我進去參觀。

現在我們來到的是大理道。大理道全長1745米，兩側房屋大多是單體的英式小洋樓。它的私密性和隱蔽性非常的強。接下來就請大家跟我繼續參觀。

現在我們來到的就是民院體育場。它是由海河的淤泥墊地而形成的。整體的占地面積為41200平方米。當市民園體育場外圍的圍墻以及羅馬柱全部都是鐵質的。但在1943年的時候日本人侵占天津，便把原來的鐵質羅馬柱及圍墻全部盜走，用來制造軍火，后來改為磚砌的圍墻以及羅馬柱。1954年民園體育場足球場地鋪設了草坪，并搭起了24米高的木質燈架，成為全國第一個燈光草坪足球場。它也曾經是天津泰達足球隊的主場。現在大家所看到的是整修一新的民院體育場。

現在我們來到的是位于重慶道55號的慶王府。它始建于1920__年，是由清朝末年最后一個總管太監小德張所督建的。1920__年清王朝慶親王第四代傳人愛新覺羅·載振來到天津，相中了小德張所督建的這套宅院，于是載振用當時他在天津北馬路的十一所平方與他交換，所以說此處房產是載振置換到手的。1920__年，馮玉祥發動了北京政變，把溥儀趕出了紫禁城。載振也隨之來到天津，就一直居住在這座王府當中。搬進來的載振在這里吃喝享樂，吸食鴉片，過起了悠哉悠哉的寓公生活，直到1947年，71歲的四世親王在這里病故。慶王府的建筑為典型的中西合璧式，首先看到的是它的門樓為典型的西式門樓。它的寓意是海納百川。接下來請大家隨我進去參觀。一進大門口，我們首先看到的是一組高大的石臺階，它的臺階數為17級半，這其中是有含義的。因為在古代，9是陽數，99是極陽數，只有皇帝才有權利使用。而當時的小德張想把它修成十八級，但又怕皇帝怪罪于他，于是他命人把第一層削去了一層，變成了17節半。而這一點又充分的表現了小德張當時的一種心態，就是一人之下萬人之上。除了皇帝，只有他是最大的。現在請大家隨我到側面看一下主樓的主體建筑。現在我們看到的是它的主樓，為典型的中式建筑。現在請大家跟我參觀一下它的后花園。現在我們來到的就是慶王府的后花園。這座花園是小德張按照北方園林的建筑造型而修建的。它可謂麻雀雖小五臟俱全。在這里有涼亭，假山，水池，小橋等。在整座花園當中，最令人叫絕的是這七棵黃金樹。據說這是北美的一種樹種，到了深秋季節它會結出像長豆角一樣的果實，而且表面是呈金黃色的。這樣一根根的倒掛在樹上，像金條一樣，由此而得名。_期間，慶王府是遭到破壞最少的一座風貌建筑。其中的原因就是從解放后至今，這里一直是天津外事辦公室。現在這里已經成為天津對外友好往來的一個重要場所。

我們今天要參觀的是具有天津小洋樓代名詞的五大道。說起小洋樓，在上海，青島，廈門，武漢都有很多，但比起來，天津的小洋樓卻是現存最多，保存最好，而且是最為集中的。1860-1903年，英法美等西方列強紛紛強迫請政府簽訂不平等條約，自此，天津被九國列強分割，他們在中國的土地上設立租界，而小洋樓最集中，占地面積最大的莫過于英租界的五大道。據統計，這一地區的名人舊居和風貌建筑有300余處，與其他地區相比，無論從地域面積，文物的數量，近代名人遺跡都是首屈一指的。

五大道是指坐落在天津市和平區的一塊長方形地區，共有22條道路，總長17公里，面積1.28平方公里，自上世紀60年代開始，天津城建部門便于統一管理，將這一地區依照沿東西向從南到北分布為馬場道，睦南道，大理道，常德道，重慶道。

位于河北路283號的意大利風格的毗連式里弄建筑就是天津首家私人博物館，主題建筑俗稱“疙瘩樓”，如今已經改造為粵唯鮮海鮮酒樓，也是中國唯一的可以吃的博物館。在這里不僅能吃到豐富的美味，而且能欣賞到各個朝代的歷史文物，而這正是店主人經營的獨特之處。這里保存有清道光年間的“圣旨”，各種石刻，古代兵器等。據文物部門測算，僅粵唯鮮內收藏的文物目前已價值3億余元人民幣。

現在我們來到了大理道66號，眼前的這幢西班牙式鄉村別墅就是和平賓館，該樓為磚木結構，局部三層，坡頂，外檐為白色水泥墻面，花崗巖臺階，配以造型各異的門窗。上世紀五，六十年代許多黨和國家領導人均在此下榻，其中最著名的當屬毛澤東主席，所以它又被稱為潤園。至今，潤園內仍保留有毛澤東，周恩來，鄧穎超等領導人的住房陳設原貌以示紀念。
