1、為確保房屋及其附屬設施之安全與完好，及租賃期內相關費用之如期結算，乙方同意于______年__________月__________日前支付給甲方押金______元整，甲方在收到押金后予以書面簽收。

4.1如因故障，通訊設施傳送失敗，或通訊媒體不可靠或并非貴公司所能控制或預期的一或多項原因，以致在傳送，收取或執行指令上有所延誤貴公司毋須承擔責任。
