二、學習和政治思想情景

1、在工作中，本人能夠虛心堅持向區隊領導學習，向老同志學習，向同行業兄弟學習，向實踐學習，向社會學習，不斷提高自我的業務技能和政治思想水平，使自我逐步走向成熟。能夠合理支配時間，根據工作需要，及時學習

2、注重政治理論學習，堅定立場。能按時參加集團公司礦工區黨支部組織的政治理論學習，認真學習領會大會的重要思想，使自我的思想同各級黨組織堅持一致，提高了自我的政治素質。

三、存在的不足和今后努力的方向

總之，一年來，我能夠完成工區領導交辦的工作任務，這和工區領導和同事的支持和幫忙是分不開的，是大家密切配合、共同協作的結果。可是這和工區領導的要求相比，還有必須的差距：一是工作中還存在著急躁心理，在大事面前，遇事不夠冷靜;二是管理水平有待進一步加強和提高;三是理論學習還需進一步加強，還需要學習更多的專業技術知識;當然我還有很多缺點和不足，在此肯請組織和領導給予批評指正，我將虛心理解，以圖提高。

在今后的工作中，我將更加嚴格要求自我，不斷加強學習，克服不足，發揚成績，團結同志，努力工作，為我礦及工區貢獻自我的微薄力量。
